With over 35 years in the medical field and 8+ years facilitating yoga, I offer a space for students to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect body/mind/spirit. My work bridges my clinical insight, with the holistic, body-based healing practices of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breath awareness.
This practice offers a path inward—toward agency, self-trust, and integration.
